Take the case of Autism. It has varying theories on the behaviors and characteristics of the autistic children. However, none of the autistic children has all the traits. Some studies say with conviction that Autism is genetic. My brother is autistic. In my family, NO ONE in the past 6-7 generations had such a problem. Yes, my family has done quite a lot of research on it.
